It starts with sharing your why with your sales team, not just putting them through sales training. No amount of natural charisma can make up for them needing to know—and then effectively communicate—the story behind both your business and your product or service.
Ishita emphasized that sales is a numbers game—the more people you or your sales rep talk to, the more you tell your story, the more your story becomes part of your lead qualifying process.
